Today I’ve walked the promenade Bright sun no breeze and no retard The sea is calm people pass along Doggies on leads children in prams And some on scooters still very young There mums you hear calling the alarm Assuring them and to keep from harm Boats pass by and some are fishing Hoping to take home some nutrition As I sit I dream a while, thinking back To the memories of better times I track And ever wonder, if they flowed back Whether the enjoyment we could feel And enjoy again in these new times real The memories we’d love to see back Ken Robinson on 16 oh one, year 2024 Wishing a loved one back for more
