The sky is clear and shiny blue The sun is bright and shining thru Reflecting on the calm sea too, There’s traffic on the calm water too Some on paddle boards some canoe Other boats are chugging past Not too slow and not too fast Dragging nets, rods up, lines cast Hoping for a profitable days catch The sun is dropping very low and fast Soon a lovely bright red sun will set Night will fall and the birds will rest Another fine day by the sea now rests And again our memories are blessed Ken Robinson 11/10/2022
